By accessing the Drawlur web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

Use License

1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Drawlur's web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
   1. modify or copy the materials;
   2. use the materials for any commercial purpose;
   3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Drawlur's web site;
   4. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or

The materials appearing on Drawlur's web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Drawlur does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. Drawlur may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. Drawlur does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

Drawlur has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet web site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Drawlur of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user's own risk.

Responsibility of Contributors

You are entirely responsible for the material that you post on the Drawlur website, and any harm resulting from that Content. That is the case regardless of whether the Content in question constitutes text, graphics, an audio file, a video file, or computer software. By making Content available, you represent and warrant that:

• the downloading, copying and use of the Content will not infringe the proprietary rights, including but not limited to the copyright, patent, trademark or trade secret rights, of any third party;

You may contribute as many drawings as you like and you may share any drawing you encounter on the site anywhere you like. If you download and display an Image from Drawlur you must provide a link back to the original page. There is embed code on every page available for copy and paste. You may not make automated requests to the site more frequently than once every thirty seconds.

Data and Data Ownership

By submitting a drawing you grant Drawlur a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, adapt, distribute and publish it. Data (sketches and associated metadata) on Drawlur is not permanent and may be deleted at any time for any reason. Drawlur will do its best to delete only content that is offensive or violates the terms of use. By submitting Content to Drawlur for inclusion on the web site, you grant Drawlur a world-wide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and advertise the Content without prior notice.

Site Terms of Use Modifications

Drawlur may revise these terms of use for its web site at any time without notice. By using this web site you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
